who is the best waterfeature artist in the California central coast?

Who makes the best custom water walls and garden adornments? I know of an artist, dave doust who seems to make some incredibly creative stuff like torii, fountains and asian symbols.
I think Dave Doust would Have to be the best waterfeature artist that I know of. We have one of his big iridized glass and concrete fountains in the front of our house in Malibu and just love it! Check his custom work in his website.
