how can i make a water fountain in my small garden .?

i am from india and looking to create a medium size water fountain in my garden any idea how to make water fountain low cost and min. maintenance pls
go to the handyman magazine website they have some plans from difficult to easy,also home centers like home depot or lowes,etc they have kits that you can buy (or copy).all you need is a small pump and a place for the water to collect then your imagination is the limit since you are in India i dont know what kind of stores you have but the Home depot has a good website and the magazine Good Housekeeping also will have links on their site to help
Do some research on the web. There are kits that will fit on a table to kits that will attract water fowl. The best way, though not always the cheapest is to get an all in one unit. Fill it with water, plug it in and enjoy. If you want one buried in the landscape, that will take more work and more maintenance. If it runs 24 hours and there are no quiet pools, you won’t have to worry about mosquitos, they won’t lay eggs in moving water. Treat the water with an algaecide to keep the green away. I just built a waterfall and stream in my backyard, a heck of a lot of work, but I love it.
Maybe you can attach something on the outside wall of your house .
I’m sure you can find it at Home Depot or Lowe’s or a nursery .
